Carmen (Sol as she likes to be called) has competed in eleven straight WPFG from 1991-2011 winning 16 Gold Medals along the way. That only tells a small part of what makes Sol a member of the Hall of Fame it is her dedication to her sport and the impact it can play.
Founding member of MCTA (Montgomery County Tennis Association, a non-profit community tennis organization, recognized by the United States Tennis Association, which promotes the growth of tennis.

MCTA/USTA representative at local professional tennis events. District and Regional Championships – as a participant, volunteer and official Outreach at 10 & Under Play Days and other tennis festivals.
When Sol walks onto the Tennis Court it’s with a reverence for a game she has played for 30 years and a cheering section of the kids she helped along the way.
